O.M. HOLDINGS LIMITED NAMED TQCSI 2025 CLIENT OF THE YEAR – PNG

Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea — 16 February 2026

O.M. Holdings Limited (Oilmin), together with the joint venture managed by Oilmin, Jerilai Pujari Field Services Limited (JPFSL), has been awarded the prestigious TQCS International 2025 Client of the Year – Papua New Guinea.

The recognition was formally announced by TQCS International Pty Ltd (TQCSI), the global auditing and certification body responsible for ISO and HACCP compliance. In the official notification letter, TQCSI Managing Director Craig J. Bates commended Oilmin for its “effectiveness of management system development, implementation and maintenance; the positive culture of the Company; innovation taken to address management system issues; and demonstrated continual improvement.”

This award positions OILMIN and JPFSL among the leading organisations in the region for excellence in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and the TQCSI HACCP Code 2024, solidifying the company’s longstanding commitment to safe, reliable and quality driven services across Papua New Guinea.

Fintan Lalor, Chief Executive Officer of Oilmin, described the recognition as proof to the devotion of all staff across the organisation.

“This award is a valued milestone for the company as we have seen the highs and lows over the years – the team continued to rise to the occasion in every instance to uphold the reputation and standards we are known for across the industry.”

The TQCSI Client of the Year Award is granted to the organisation that demonstrates outstanding leadership in implementing, promoting and continuously improving its management systems. With its original certification dating back to 2015, Oilmin has consistently embedded quality, safety and performance into all aspects of its operations.

Oilmin Quality Control & Quality Assurance Manager, Daniel Clark gave insight into how Oilmin deal with the challenge of maintaining high standards, “We tackled the challenge of maintaining consistent quality and food safety across Port Moresby and remote sites by providing regular training, site visits, clear communication, and ongoing support.”

Daniel emphasised plans to strengthen the quality and compliance system.

“As part of our focus on continuing to strengthen quality and food safety, we are introducing technology to improve visibility and oversight across sites, particularly in critical areas such as chiller and freezer temperature monitoring, while also supporting site teams with digital record-keeping.”

The TQCSI 2025 Client of the Year – Papua New Guinea award comes after Oilmin, through its field support services operating arm, Oilmin Field Services was also recognised for maintaining its certification with TQCSI for 10 years.

Oilmin and JPFSL express their gratitude to TQCSI for the recognition and acknowledge the commitment of staff, partners and clients who have contributed to achieving the award.
