O.M. HOLDINGS LIMITED APPOINTS MR. FINTAN LALOR AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER |

O.M. Holdings Limited (Oilmin) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Fintan Lalor as its new Chief Executive Officer. His appointment reflects the Board’s confidence in his proven capability to lead the company through its next phase of growth and operational excellence.

Mr Lalor will succeed Executive Director, Mr Peter Aitsi, who will continue in the Executive Director role until the end of February, after which he will revert to the Board as a Non‑Executive Director. Mr Aitsi assumed the role of Executive Director following the vacancy of the CEO position and has served in this capacity for the past two years providing stability and leadership while the company undertook the search for a new Chief Executive.
Mr. Lalor will formally assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on 2 February 2026. His appointment follows three years of service as General Manager, previously serving as Operations Manager for over ten (10) years.
Throughout his 17 years of service with Oilmin, Mr. Lalor has demonstrated strong leadership, his extensive industry experience and familiarity with Oilman’s workforce and operating environment position him well to lead the organisation as CEO.

The Board of Directors expressed confidence that Mr Lalor’s leadership will ensure continuity, stability, and sustained growth for Oilmin, while advancing the company’s strategic priorities and commitment to its clients, employees, and partners.

The Board also wishes to acknowledge Mr Peter Aitsi for his outstanding service as Executive Director over the past two years. The Board extends its gratitude to Mr Aitsi for his leadership, wise counsel, and significant contribution to the company during his tenure, including his pivotal role in guiding the organisation and supporting the Board throughout the CEO selection process.

Mr Aitsi remains focused on ensuring a smooth transition and is committed to supporting Mr Fintan Lalor as he assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer.
